1. App Overview

HerCal is a mobile calorie tracking application designed specifically for women. The app uses Artificial Intelligence to scan and identify foods, track calories and macronutrients, and provide personalized nutrition guidance synchronized with your menstrual cycle. Features include food scanning, meal logging, cycle tracking integration, macro monitoring, water intake tracking, and an AI nutrition assistant.

Important Subscription Information:

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Weekly subscriptions renew every 7 days.
Yearly subscriptions renew every 365 days.
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your device's Account Settings after purchase.

3. Payment and Billing

All subscription payments are processed through your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Payment will be charged to your app store account upon confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions must be managed directly through your device's App Store or Google Play Store account settings. HerCal cannot directly manage cancellations.

If you have an eating disorder, are pregnant, nursing, or have any medical conditions, please consult a healthcare professional before using calorie tracking apps.
The AI Nutrition Assistant provides general information and is not a substitute for professional dietary counseling.

All content, features, and functionality of HerCal, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, AI models, and software, are the property of HerCal and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

HerCal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app, including any health outcomes from following nutritional suggestions. Calorie and nutritional data are estimates and may not be 100% accurate. Use of this app is entirely at your own risk.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
